About Sabrina

A student of aesthetics, the daughter of a color analyst, and short-lived "guerilla" color analyst.

How I got here

Color draping runs in my family. My mother, a Deep Winter, served her own clients for ten years, and I grew up learning from her work. I'm a True Autumn myself.

Beauty has fascinated me for as long as I can remember. During university I ran a small color analysis and personal shopping business, draping clients on the fly while breezing through multiple shops, using the various clothing hanging on the rods as our testing colors. It taught me something I did not expect: many of my clients hired me because they were not convinced of their own beauty. Rather than being their consultant, they really hired me to be their ally, reminding them of the truth that there was true beauty in each of them. That experience influenced my thesis paper, a parallel project where I argued for objective beauty in the female face.

After six years in consulting, I'm returning to this passion and building it anew, continuing the work my mother taught me.

My philosophy

Beauty can be a loaded word. My research taught me that the question is never whether a woman is beautiful. It is how she is beautiful, and how best to bring it out.

Color analysis is one tool for exactly that. What I love is working with clients to make their beauty shine, and, yes, having a little fun with color and style along the way.

If you are curious to learn more before your appointment, the About Color Analysis page describes the exact method I use. I look forward to discovering your colors with you.
